Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR)
On-line and in-person
This 8-week course is recognised internationally as a treatment for anxiety, stress and the relief of chronic pain.
The weekly sessions last 2.5 hours, and include meditations, teaching and group work. Movement meditations are included. Loose clothing is recommended. During the course there is an additional silent retreat day. This is an opportunity to practise mindfulness at a deeper level, for a prolonged time. Homework is included; this is a key factor in establishing a regular mindfulness practice.

Monthly Sitting Group – via Zoom
This monthly group is to support individuals as they develop a meditation practice. Some experience is desirable.
When: Every third Thursday of the month
Time: Evening 7.30 pm to 8.30 pm
