Moving online during pandemic

I have designed this course based on my experiences in my careers as both a dietitian and as a psychotherapist, combining these with my understanding of mindfulness.

I offer a 4 week course, provided in the safety and comfort of my counselling room. The course is contained within the ideas of mindfulness and self awareness, which also include self compassion.

Individuals are encouraged to explore the thoughts, beliefs and behaviours they have around food. They will be encouraged to challenge these.

Within the small group participants will be encouraged to reflect on the extent to which they judge and criticise themselves and begin a journey of shifting this to acceptance and self compassion.

Dates: Thursday 17th September to 8th October 2020
Time: 6.00 to 7.30 pm
Cost: £35

Maximum 9 participants
